Came across this property on Google & since Riverside Homes seemed to be decent, decided to spend my holidays with family there. Reaching there was easy & the decision turned out to be too good. The ambience of the place was phenomenal, with river flowing just next to it. The plusses of the place were, excellent food, outstanding hospitality, sparkling cleanliness, polite staff, huge terrace sit out, beautiful landscaping & interior decoration, luxurious rooms, decent washrooms, great view, security ( the property owner being ex Defence personnel), magnificent lobby & dining place, exquisite plants, clean linen and above all positive vibes. We thoroughly enjoyed over there and strongly recommend Riverside Homes. ~ Col V
When I left for Dehradun and had to stay there for more than a week, I had fair amount of doubts in my mind about which place to make my temporary home. So i looked up, and found this beautiful place called RIVERSIDE HOMES, nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the city, beside the Tons River. The moment I saw the place my heart jumped up in happiness for I had actually found a home!!! The picturesque background, the scenic views and on top of that such hospitabality and kind gesture from the owner Capt. Avinash Sir, it all added up to a pleasant and wonderful stay!!! Whenever in Doon, I will make sure that I go back again to this amazing home stay, for I can say with confidence it is one of the coziest, warmest, serene places one can stumble across!!! ~ Shaurya P
I got intouch with Riverside homes by chance or I must say by luck. I booked this hotel in the very last minute, planning to stay just for a day and as it turned out, I spent my entire trip there. Starting from the ambience, maintenance, to food everything was great. I would like to highlight their reception, their customers are received with a polite and a cheerful face every morning. As the name suggests it is genuinely an other home. The prices are very reasonable and Capt Avinash (the owner of the property) is very kind. They walk that extra mile to keep their customers happy, which honestly is very satisfying. I would strongly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Dehradun. Happy stay people ~ Sree G
